How do I know my transaction will be safe?

Our online shopping cart and security technology ensures the safest and most reliable checkout experience for our customers.  G3 Tapes, Inc. has our own dedicated SSL Certificate and all data is collected via a secure, encrypted form.

What happens after I’ve placed my order?

Shortly after you place your order, you will be contacted by a G3 Tapes, Inc. Customer Service representative to validate your identity and the accuracy of your order.  Once the order has been validated it will be processed.

How are products delivered to me?

Most orders are completed within one business day and shipped via UPS ground.  If you prefer a different shipping method, simply let the Customer Service Representative know when they contact you.  If for some reason your order will not ship within five business days, you will be notified.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

All sales are final.  We recommend only ordering one case on your first order to ensure that you are using the right product for your application.
